You’re selling your home. You are in control of your home’s condition. To get the highest dollar amount for your home, it needs to be in terrific shape, period. As we walk through your home together, we will be looking for the very basics “three D’s” as we call it: DAMAGE, DYSFUNCTION, and DETERIORATION. BUYERS HATE ANY OF THIS!

• Paint basement walls and floors

• Professional landscaping and lawn care, trim bushes, trees, plant and / or hang flowers

• Professional cleaning of exterior and interior, and windows of home

Attention to these matters will create a high level of interest in your home, and buyers will be driven to purchase it. This will result in quicker, more and higher offers, and buyers who are willing to negotiate liberally and cooperatively. They want your house, and they will do what it takes to get it! Some sellers may take a position of “selling the home as is”, or “they can take it or leave it”. This will result in half-hearted critical buyers, fewer and lower offers, “garage sale negotiation”, lengthy times on market, nit picking at the inspection, lower appraisals and difficult closings.
