We understand buying a home is a big deal, far more than just a real estate transaction. You’re making a life change, and our goal is to help you with all of it – the whole project, and we have the resources to do it. When you’ve moved into your new home and are happy our job is done, yet still we can continue to connect you with resources whenever you need them.
We will listen, completely understand and together we’ll create a list (see buyer needs form) of what you are looking for in a new home, so we have the highest chance of getting exactly what you want.
We’ll prepare you for the current market conditions, help you with the essential Lending Pre-approval Process, and counsel you on what it takes to be successful purchasing a home on your terms.
Our job is to provide you with information to make your decisions. If you take seriously the information we provide, you will be successful in purchasing a new home you’ll be happy with.
We’ll help you understand the whole real estate process (see flowchart), yet focus on exactly where you’re at any given time. Focus is one of the most important things we can provide, and it prevents you from being emotionally overwhelmed, and allows you to concentrate all your efforts on that particular step so you make the best decisions.
We’re not going to hurry. A Real Estate transaction is the biggest investment of your life. We will follow documented processes and checklists, and will take as much time as we needed to enlist our experts such as Attorneys, Title Companies, Lenders, Architects, Builders, etc. to make sure you are getting the best outcome. Fast is not a quality criteria for Real Estate Transactions. Careful, methodical, thorough and legal, are examples of Real Estate Quality Criteria. We hope that’s a fit for you, and we understand if it’s not. We don’t work with everyone.
Lastly, WE ARE MATURE NEGOTIATORS. We’re not demanders, table pounders and shouters; any child can do that. We’ve evolved to the next level of negotiators, that of completely understanding the other side’s needs and requirements before asking for ours. We have found many, many times we were able to give the other side exactly what they wanted with terrific outcomes and very little sacrifice from our side – simply because we listened first. We can be tough, yet we have found that a respectful “no” is just as effective as a loud “no”, yet it keeps the buyer – seller relationship intact, which is essential for you to get your best outcome.
